Service Description

Individual therapy sessions are held via a HIPPA compliant telehealth service. At this time I am accepting self-pay clients and can provide you with a super-bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance prior to our first visit to verify your out-of-network benefits as well as any deductible, copays, or coinsurances that you may have.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No show appointments will incur a $75.00 fee.
